THe proportion of having three pictures on each side is nice and the contrast of the pictures with color looks good. I probably would have put pictures of everything not just some things.
The coloring on the bottom two panels is good and works. I think there is too much white space and you might want to find a way to fill it up. There is a disproportionate amount of color on certain parts of the page. White upper left and color bottom right. I would think about integrating them or adding color to the white ones.

I like that you put the things you are most thankful for, not just everything you could possibly think of. My eye was drawn to the bottom of the poster, because of the color, and so I would try and make the center more of the focus, or God, or just all of it. and having a picture for each thing would be something that kind of brings the whole poster together.
do you mean girls drive you bonkers or moms? the picture could be of either girls in general or your mom. i just think you could have been a little more specific.i sort of think that there should have been pictures on all of the subjects, but i do think the God thing looks cool.
i think the "friends" pictures are cute. my eyes were drawn to the bottom, and not the top. i would suggest adding a little more color, and possibly a few more pictures could, perhaps, be incorporated into the poster.
I believe you did a nice job with the color that you did use; I like the blending. However, I think Brendan did a good job describing changes. The poster seems a little bare in places and disproportionate in terms of color and white space. Also, the "drawing" picture being sideways isn't really working for me, personally.
I like the colors that you used, but since you only colored some of the boxes/ panels/ things it looks kinda...well I think it would be better if you colored them. Also if you moved some of them around so that the image flows better I think that would be good.
